"[[Forum Non Conveniens]]" is a legal doctrine that allows a court to dismiss a case where another court, or forum, is much better suited to hear the case. It's applied when a court believes that the case would be more appropriately handled in a different jurisdiction, typically due to the convenience of parties and witnesses, or the applicability of a different jurisdiction's law. It doesn't question the jurisdiction's power to hear the case but rather its convenience in doing so. See also: [[Quash]]
