## Rule excerpts
Welfare and Institutions Code section 361.5(c)(3), after the section 361.5(b)(5) bypass finding. Footnote 2 preserves the separate statutory ground that failure to try reunification would be detrimental because the child is closely and positively attached to the parent; Mother did not assert that ground.
> Once the juvenile court determines that the bypass provision of subdivision (b)(5) of section 361.5 applies, the burden shifts to the parent to show that services are likely to prevent reabuse. (A.E., supra, 38 Cal.App.5th at p. 1148; Raymond C. v. Superior Court (1997) 55 Cal.App.4th 159, 163-164.)
